It makes no difference whether you are a beginner seeking only to learn the basic skills of meditation or a seasoned adept searching for community. Participation is free and open to all. We offer an environment to cultivate a quiet mind.

Sittings are held on Monday. Wednesday and Friday morning. Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Come meet the community that practices here.

Rising Moon is affiliated with the International Zen Institute of Florida and the North Carolina Zen Center and follows in the Rinzai tradition.
